MISSION
Design and production of the museography, scenography, sets, interactive displays, and multimedia elements for the interactive exhibition.
Definition of the overall concept, artistic direction, documentary and iconographic research, creation of storyboards, scriptwriting, and direction of actors for audiovisual presentations.
Writing of texts and tree structure for multimedia devices.
These new exhibition spaces aim to highlight two major contemporary issues in the construction industry: the feminization of the profession and environmental challenges. This extension of the “Construction Site Experience” tour developed on the ground floor should help promote construction trades to women—by showing them that all construction trades are open to them, creating opportunities for identification, and combating gender stereotypes—as well as to young people who are sensitive to environmental and ecological issues. The idea is to encourage interactivity as much as possible and motivate teenagers with simple, fun, and educational challenges. The set is divided into two areas. The two themes—feminization and environmental issues—are thus developed separately.
Concept
A challenge in an offbeat atmosphere to showcase the feminization of construction trades
In the first area, visitors are invited to play on the various modules and earn as many points as possible by answering various quizzes. A video screen displays the score of each team/pair in real time. The scenographic atmosphere is offbeat in order to challenge visitors on gender stereotypes. The various modules are arranged within a setting that recreates a 1960s women’s hair salon, reminiscent of the films of Jacques Demy.
An immersive and interactive virtual reality game to present environmental issues
